Rotary Drum Screen
DVS is a continuosly operating screening system with automatic cleaning system. This system is especially suited to separate greasy and adhesive solid matter.

Function:
DVS consists of a box-shaped casing with an integrated wedgewire screening drum. The process-/wastewater enters the inlet champer via the rear side of the machine and flows onto the wedgewire screening drm which effectively separates the solids from the water. The drum is driven by a laterally installed geared motor. The separated solids are conveyed to the doctor blade by the continuosly rotating wedgewire screening drum and are discharged into a container, a press or a conveyor. The screening drum is equipped with an internal spray wash system (motor shaft is a hollow shaft). Standard material is stainless steel DIN 1.4301 equiv. AISI 304.
